Invocation

In the name of our God, Source of all that is;
In the name of Jesus, brother, teacher, and friend;
In the name of Spirit we come, we come in Truth and Love.

For the sake of all Life, Life within and without;
For the sake of Mystery unfolding in our midst;
For the sake of the Future we come, we come open to Grace.

Stretched Like a Bridge

I am stretched like a bridge. My roots are planted deeply in what’s always been
And my arms reach out across the void, like wings they reach for more!
On the wings of Spirit I fly, yes I soar, as I reach for more!

For All the World

For all the world we gather here!
For all the world we come, we gather now as one, one in love.

We come together to honor and reverence the gift that each of us is.
Taking the time to be present, to listen, with openness healing begins.

Look into the eyes of your neighbor and let division fade.
See in the other the essence of being, the Light of spirit within.

Here in this place the altar of our hearts is prepared to hold the world.
Deep in the stillness we’re one in communion; with Earth and each other we’re one.

Spirit Moves

I stand strong in Truth as the fire and winds draw near.
I stand tall as I am for the healing and the rising of all.
Spirit moves through me! Spirit moves in me! (repeat)
Spirit moves freely; Spirit moves! (repeat)

Beneath, Behind

Beneath the wave, beneath the thought, beneath the form;
Behind the wind, behind the song, behind the eye;
Deep inside the soul, inside the heart, the heart of all, is Truth, is Truth!

Beneath the word, beneath the touch, beneath the choice;
Behind the tear, behind the breath, behind each dance;
Deep inside the soul, inside the heart, the heart of all, is Truth, is Truth!

Tonight we remember, we rejoice, we return! (repeat each time)

1) This is the night when Heaven and Earth rejoice!
The unfolding cosmos sings and shouts for joy!

2) Sound the rousing trumpet! Glory fills the Earth!
Radiance abounds, for Christ has transformed death!

3) Exult, O people! The risen One shines forth!
Let this place resound! Remember and rejoice!

4) Let all that we are praise the unseen God!
Christ, the Pascal Lamb, sets our spirits free!

5) This is the night when death fades into Life!
Wondrous is this Love, which calls us to return!

6) Power fills this night, restoring our True Selves!
Waking us from sleep! Rising into Life!

7) May this Easter fire set our lives ablaze!
May the Christ in us rise to fullness!

I Call on Truth

I align myself with Truth that I might see.
I call in Truth to be my guide.
I call in Truth to be my strength and to open the way before me.
I align myself with Truth this day.

It’s grace to clearly see, to be set free, to behold truth!

Out of Darkness

When the waters feel stagnant, without movement, without life;
When hope is beyond and darkness reigns;
Out of the dark, life comes forth!

Open the eyes of my (our) heart. Purify and bless my (our) heart.
